Who We Share It With
We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Payment processing: Razorpay, to complete your payment securely
- Delivery: our courier partners, to ship your order (name, address, phone)
- Analytics & advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Analytics, and our hosting provider Vercel, who receive activity on this site such as pages viewed and order value so we can measure traffic and ad performance
We never sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits.
We also use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how the site is used and how well our ads work. These may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and they record things like the pages you view, the products you add to your cart, and the value of an order you complete. We use this to measure performance, not to identify you personally.
You can block these at any time using your browser's privacy settings, a tracker-blocking extension, or your device's ad-tracking controls. Blocking them does not affect your ability to browse, order, or pay.
Data Security & Retention
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. We retain order records as required for accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Reach us via the contact page and we will act on it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
